These Official Rules govern the Honest Water Filter Technician Installation Contest (“Contest”). By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of The Honest Water Filter Company, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
The Contest is sponsored by The Honest Water Filter Company, with warehouse operations located in Temecula, California (“Sponsor” or “Honest Water”).
The Contest begins on June 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on November 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (“Contest Period”). Only qualifying installations completed and properly submitted during the Contest Period will be eligible for points.
The Contest is open only to eligible technicians, dealers, installers, or authorized representatives who:
1. Are authorized by Honest Water to sell and/or install Honest Water Filter products;
2. Are registered in the Honest Water Filter app before submitting any installation for Contest credit;
3. Are in good standing with Honest Water throughout the Contest Period;
4. Comply with all Honest Water policies, installation standards, customer requirements, and applicable laws; and
5. Comply with all requirements in these Official Rules.
Employees, officers, directors, and internal representatives of Sponsor may be excluded from participation unless Sponsor expressly determines otherwise in writing. Sponsor reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion.
Eligible technicians may earn points by completing qualifying installations of Honest Water Filter products and submitting the installation through the Honest Water Filter app in accordance with these Official Rules.

Only one technician may receive points for each installed system. The technician who sold and installed the system, or who is otherwise designated by Honest Water as the responsible technician for the installation, must submit the installation through the app.
Points may not be split between multiple technicians unless Sponsor approves an exception in writing. Duplicate submissions for the same installation will not be counted.
To receive Contest credit, each installation must be submitted through the Honest Water Filter app within 72 hours of completion of the installation.
Each submission must include all information required by Honest Water, including, without limitation:
1. Customer/homeowner information;
2. Installation location;
3. Product/system installed;
4. Date of installation;
5. Technician information;
6. A clear photo of the installed system sufficient to verify the installation; and
7. Any other information requested in the app or by Honest Water.
The submitting technician is responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate, complete, and submitted with any customer or homeowner authorization required by law, company policy, or applicable agreement.
Installations submitted by email, phone, text message, verbally, or by any method other than the Honest Water Filter app will not count toward the Contest.
Incomplete, late, inaccurate, duplicate, unverifiable, or improperly submitted installations may be rejected in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
All submissions are subject to review and verification by Honest Water before points are awarded. Points are not final until approved by Honest Water.
Sponsor may request additional documentation or information to verify any installation. Sponsor may reject, reverse, or adjust points for any submission that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, duplicative, submitted by the wrong technician, not properly installed, cancelled, refunded, removed, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.
If a sale is cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, removed, or otherwise determined not to be a valid completed installation, Sponsor may remove or adjust the associated points.
Sponsor will maintain a leaderboard within the Honest Water Filter app that is visible to registered app users and may update leaderboard standings periodically throughout the Contest Period.
Leaderboard standings are unofficial until all submissions have been reviewed, verified, and finalized by Honest Water after the Contest Period ends.
Sponsor is not responsible for delays in submission review, app processing, data syncing, technical issues, or leaderboard updates.
The total initial prize package is $10,000, awarded as follows:

Prizes will be awarded to the eligible technicians with the highest verified point totals at the end of the Contest Period, subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules.
Depending on Contest performance, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, add additional prizes, bonuses, incentives, or promotional opportunities during the Contest Period. Any additional prizes or incentives may be subject to separate requirements, deadlines, or eligibility conditions, which will be communicated by Sponsor.
No substitution, assignment, or transfer of prizes is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a stated prize becomes unavailable.
In the event of a tie, Sponsor will determine the winner using the following tie-breakers, applied in order:
1. Highest number of verified Diamond or Diamond System installations;
2. Highest number of verified whole-house system installations;
3. Highest total verified installation revenue, if available and applicable;
4. Earliest timestamp of the final qualifying submission that produced the tied point total; and
5. If a tie still remains, Sponsor will determine the winner in its sole discretion, including by additional verification, split prize, or another reasonable method.
Potential winners will be notified by Sponsor using the contact information associated with the technician’s Honest Water Filter app account or other contact information on file.
Potential winners may be required to complete and return documentation requested by Sponsor, including identity verification, tax forms, prize acknowledgment forms, affidavits of eligibility, liability releases, publicity releases, or other documents.
Failure to respond within the time specified by Sponsor, failure to provide required documentation, or failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and selection of the next eligible participant.
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with acceptance or use of a prize.
Sponsor may require winners to provide tax documentation before prizes are awarded and may issue IRS Form 1099-MISC, Form 1099-NEC, or other applicable tax documentation as required by law. Sponsor may withhold or delay payment of any prize until required documentation has been received.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who, in Sponsor’s sole discretion:
1. Violates these Official Rules;
2. Submits false, misleading, incomplete, duplicate, or fraudulent information;
3. Attempts to manipulate the Contest, app, leaderboard, submissions, customers, installations, or point totals;
4. Claims credit for an installation not properly attributable to that technician;
5. Submits an installation without proper authorization or in violation of customer, homeowner, company, or legal requirements;
6. Engages in conduct that is unfair, deceptive, abusive, unethical, or harmful to Sponsor, customers, homeowners, other technicians, or the Contest;
7. Fails to comply with applicable laws, installation standards, customer requirements, or Sponsor policies; or
8. Acts in a manner inconsistent with the spirit or integrity of the Contest.
Disqualification may result in loss of points, forfeiture of prizes, removal from the Contest, and any other remedies available to Sponsor.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, corrupted, inaccessible, or improperly submitted entries or submissions, including those caused by app errors, internet issues, device issues, technical failures, human error, or other causes.
Participants are responsible for confirming that submissions are timely and complete in the Honest Water Filter app.
If technical issues prevent timely submission, the participant must notify Sponsor promptly. Sponsor may, but is not required to, accept or review late or alternative documentation in its sole discretion.
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, photo, city/state, prize information, Contest results, and related statements for advertising, promotional, internal, and public relations purposes without additional compensation or approval.
Any testimonials, reviews, social media posts, endorsements, or public statements made by participants must be truthful and must clearly disclose any material connection to Honest Water when required by law or Sponsor policy.
Participants may not use customer names, homeowner information, installation addresses, private property photos, or other customer information in public posts or promotional materials unless properly authorized.
By participating, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor and its owners, officers, directors, employees, representatives, affiliates, agents, distributors, vendors, and partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Contest, submission of installations, acceptance or use of any prize, technical issues, or any violation of these Official Rules.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor’s total liability in connection with the Contest will not exceed the value of the prize at issue.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the Contest, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, administrative issues, legal requirements, business conditions, force majeure events, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Contest.
If the Contest is modified, suspended, or cancelled, Sponsor may determine winners from among eligible, verified submissions received before the action was taken, or may take another reasonable action in its sole discretion.
Sponsor has the sole right to interpret and apply these Official Rules, determine eligibility, verify submissions, award or deny points, resolve disputes, and determine winners. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.
The Contest and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Contest must be resolved individually and not as part of a class action. Any claim must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Yavapai County, Arizona, unless otherwise required by law.
Information submitted through the Honest Water Filter app will be used to administer the Contest, verify installations, communicate with participants, award prizes, maintain Contest records, and for other business purposes consistent with Sponsor’s policies and applicable law.
Participants are responsible for protecting customer and homeowner information and may not misuse, disclose, or share customer information except as authorized by Honest Water, the customer, and applicable law.
