If you seek outstanding whole-house water filtration with superior chlorine reduction and 5.0-micron physical reduction, the Silver system is for you. Large stand-up tank systems filter down to 25-microns at best.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

• 10.0-micron pre-filter reduces larger particulates and contaminants to protect the Silver cartridges. The Defender capacity is 150,000 gallons*.
• Two Silver cartridges feature 5.0-micron filters to further reduce physical contaminants such as sand, silt, turbidity (dirt), and organic particulates that may be present in municipal water.
• A proprietary blend of high-quality coconut shell-activated carbon block removes 99.95% of chlorine that damages pipes and makes water smell and taste bad.
• Polyphosphates. The Silver System is available with or without polyphosphates as a hard water solution and scale inhibitor. Food-grade, FDA-approved polyphosphates treat and sequester hard water minerals such as calcium and magnesium, which can scale and corrode plumbing systems, fixtures, and water-using appliances.
• Does not require electricity or a drain.
• Easily mounts on the wall, saving space.
• NSF rated for chemical reduction up to 530,000 gallons* for a 2-cartridge system.
