Phil Essery

Phil Essery brings over four decades of expertise in water treatment, having started his career in 1984 in the Philadelphia area. His early work focused on challenging water conditions, including well water and hard city water, where he gained hands-on experience with advanced technologies such as Reverse Osmosis and Deionization in commercial settings.

After relocating to Arizona’s Phoenix Valley, Phil broadened his scope internationally, installing large-scale bottling facilities in China. Over the years, he has held leadership roles ranging from Service and Installation Manager to General Manager, eventually owning his own water treatment business. Since 2009, Phil has thrived in the wholesale sector, leveraging his deep industry knowledge to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional customer service.

Phil’s philosophy is simple: honesty and integrity come first. He is committed to helping customers find the right solutions for their water treatment needs and prides himself on being a trusted resource in the industry.

Outside of work, Phil is a lifelong sports enthusiast and has played hockey for more than 30 years. He and his wife are proud parents of three grown children, including a Marine, and enjoy life as empty nesters in the Phoenix Valley.
